Personal training in Central and West London
One to one, in person. Four ways to work together, and they overlap.
Personal training
You and me in the gym for the whole session, with the work chosen for what you want to change and what your body is currently happy doing.
- Where
- A gym in Central or West London
- Session
- In person, one to one
- Who it suits
- Starting out, coming back, or training towards something specific
- How to start
- Send an email and we fix a time to talk

Strength and conditioning
Getting stronger in the main lifts, with conditioning that supports the training instead of wrecking the next session.
- Barbell and dumbbell lifts that work several joints at once
- The load goes up as you get stronger, tracked against what you lifted last time
- Conditioning chosen to fit around the lifting and the rest of your week
Training plans
For when your week will not hold regular sessions but you still want a structure worth following. You train from a written plan, and it comes with my coaching, never on its own.
- What you get
- A written plan with the lifts, the load and the order you do them in
- Written for
- The equipment you have and the days you can train
- Kept current
- Sent back to me and adjusted as your training changes
Nutrition coaching
Nutrition coaching sits alongside your training: portion guidance and meal timing around your sessions, in line with the NHS Eatwell Guide.
Nutrition coaching is not a substitute for medical or dietetic advice. If you have a medical condition, see a registered dietitian or your GP.
Questions about training
Five answers before you write.
Can I train with a friend?
I have not set out partner or small group sessions as a separate service. Tell me what you have in mind when you write, and I will say whether it fits.
What if I am carrying an injury?
Tell me about it when you write: I am Giulio, and I read every email myself. We talk it through first, before any training is planned.
Do you write plans for people you do not train in person?
Yes. That is what online coaching is for, and a plan can also sit alongside sessions in the gym. Every plan is written for the days you can train and the equipment you have.
How often should I train?
It depends on your week and what you are training for, and I find that out in the first conversation, before the first session. Your week decides more than the plan does, so we build around it.
How much does personal training cost?
I quote you after the first conversation. Tell me what you want to work on when you write.
Say what you want to work on
Your week, your gym and the thing you want to change. That is enough for me to tell you what would fit.
